1. 1. Employee Pandemic Cleaning Certification

All employees receive Pandemic Training and Certification to ensure your facility is cleaned right every time with health in mind. Using the CleanCheck Training System keeps our employees working safe and up-to-date at all times. Cleaning for the health of your facility goes well beyond emptying the trash and dusting. Our employees are professionally trained and certified to disinfect while they clean.

2. Mandatory Masks & Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Employees are required to wear an approved mask while working at your facility. Such equipment may include but is not limited to gloves, safety glasses, and respiratory protection. Gloves will continue to be worn by employees who require them to do their jobs.

3. Hospital Grade Disinfectants

We only use disinfectants that are Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) List N registered in their effectiveness against harder-to-kill viruses, specifically the novel coronavirus. We clean and disinfect at the same time using Spartan HDQL10 on surfaces. This procedure helps assure a clean and healthy work environment for our customers, their employees, and their visitors.

4. Disinfection Cleaning Guidelines

We develop guidelines that are specific to each customer's facility, so our employees understand the expectation of each customer's disinfecting and cleaning needs. These guidelines serve as an essential tool in ensuring our customers meet the responsibilities they have to their employees, visitors, and customers. 

5. Physical Distancing Protocol

A 6-foot physical distancing policy will be in place. Our employees will distance themselves from each other and customers and their guests in your facility. From time-to-time, 6-foot distancing will be challenging—in those cases; reasonable mitigating protocols will be implemented. Stathakis’ goal is always to take steps to reduce the risk of worker and customer exposure to COVID-19 in the workplace.

6. Incident Response Protocols

We have developed an Emergency Response Plan to address new requirements for customers in the event of a positive COVID-19 case in the workplace. These protocols also apply when an employee goes home because he or she is displaying symptoms of COVID-19.
