Customer focus - Let's never forget why we are in business. Customer's help define our existence.  The future at Stathakis is dependant on our ability in providing for our customer's needs.

Learn everyday - Stathakis is a learning organization.  Each new day brings a new challenge and another lesson.  The ambition with which we meet such lessons defines our success.

Appreciation of individuals - Great service starts with great people.  Such people are born from appreciation.  As human beings we all strive to be appreciated.  A simple thanks goes a long ways in maintaining quality relationships.   True appreciation can only be conveyed through sincerity.  For others to believe your sincerity they must know that you are honest.

Notice to details - The big picture is made up of many smaller details.  Remember everything we do is part of a larger plan.  Some task we do in our jobs appear to be unimportant, or appear to go unnoticed.  But if such task were discontinued, Stathakis would begin to shut down, one small piece at a time.

Stathakis, as a member of the Affiliated Building Services Contractors in Michigan, subscribes to a Professional Code of Ethics. That Code includes our relationship with various sectors and describes our values:
