Our History

Our founder, George Stathakis got his first taste of business at a very young age when he began washing windows in his early teens at a local apartment complex. As he expanded from one apartment complex to another he started having friends and family work with him. With the exceptional service and good value that George delivered in Window Washing, those same apartment buildings started asking him to do additional services such as painting and carpet cleaning.

Eventually, the workload grew beyond friends and employees requiring the commitment of full time employees. In the late 70's brother, Dennis Stathakis, made a full time commitment to working with George as well. In the 80's younger brother, Chris Stathakis, began working in the business. The company grew from 10 employees to 20 to 40 to 100 to 200 employees and beyond.

George was always very careful in the early years to never make a promise he couldn't deliver on. Today, Stathakis is making more promises than ever before and is careful to keep each and every one of them.
